Default Las Vegas RV Park, Campground or cottage recommendations

Hi we’re looking for RV park or campground or even cottage recommendations around /outside the Las Vegas area. We’re not much into gambling but enjoy mountain biking, moderate hikes etc. looking to stay for the month of March 2021 but flexible on timeframe. Any ideas appreciated. Thank you Paul and Judy & Millie the golden doodle.

Paul and Judy, Have you looked into BLM Red Rock Natural Conservation Area Campground outside of Las Vegas? https://www.blm.gov/programs/nationa...ing-your-visit Reservations and more info at https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/250877

Oops sorry yes the year was my typo. March 2022. Thank you NAZCamperVan for the link. This will be our first long term stay on the class B. (We traded our class A in April) so haven’t rigged it with enough solar etc for disperse camping yet.

Welcome to the forum!

We travel with a 70lb. standard poodle. Ty rides between the front seats during the day, but sometimes sprawls in the aisle at night making for tricky bathroom runs. We're just barely agile enough at our ages to not trip over him, but we can't imagine not having him along on our travels. He just turned 14 so we can't count on too many more journeys with him. But he's been a trooper and pleasure on every trip.

I'll bet your dog feels about the same concerning you two.

If you do decide you want to spend a night in Sin City like we did, we stayed at the Circus Circus rv lot. Not great as you might expect, but ok with full hookups and bathrooms with showers.

Clark County Shooting Complex was where we stayed 2 years ago. Very reasonable rates.
