Default Parasitic Drain on 48V 210ah Battery system

Hi guys

Just purchased a Jayco Terrain / Entegra Launch that came with a 48v 210ah system ( biggest lithium system ever )

I noticed that even with EVERYTHING turned off, its draining about 1 amp...
Only thing that is on is the inverter.

Is this normal? I have plenty of juice so running it down is not my main concern but still wondering what could be drawing this much amp.

Im a newbie with anything electric related btw lol

Would love some help!

Large inverters if they are just idling can take that much and more, plus depending on what you have for safety detectors and battery monitoring systems, they can easily add up to 1/2 amp also.

Yeah 1A@48VDC (4A @12V) seems about right with the inverter on. My inverter alone draws 2.3A @12VDC at idle, and that is without the other parasitic draws.

Congratulations.

That is a nice size battery pack. A customer and I recently put one the same voltage and capacity in a sprinter, along with an auxiliary 48 volt alternator.

It is a nice setup.

If you count "research / suffering / more research / trying again because I am stubborn" - sure.
