Default 1985 Ford Fiesta HELP!!!

I have a chance to buy one at 65k miles for $4500, is that a good deal??? We are new 1st time buyers. It looks old(as it is) a few cosmetic repairs needed but overall looks good. Any input would be great!!!

It's too difficult to say if it is worth it. You need to inspect it and I'd suggest getting a mechanic involved because you don't want expensive repairs later.

Pricing for older vans is all over the place. It really depends if it has all the amenities you want and if it is in good shape. You want fairly new tires on it, brakes need to be good.
I'd avoid any van with rust because it is very hard to stop the rust and very costly to have it repaired.

Try and see as many vans as you can and make notes of the prices and age etc. Don't worry if they sell - others will come along soon enough.
