Check out Embassy RV. They build on all Transit, Promaster, and Sprinter chassis and have the large Lithium with 2nd alternator, large 12v fridge/ freezer, 12v air conditioner, and other innovative features. They can do some controlled custom mods to their standard layouts. I’m patiently waiting for my unit build to be completed in a few weeks.
