Default Smoke alarm with silence button

I guess this qualifies as a tweak

I replaced the smoke alarm that came with my Roadtrek with one that has a silence button.

The battery had leaked in the original one.

Default Smoke alarm

I would recommend this for everyone, It helps prevent people from taking out the battery when you burn the toast. As a FF I see to many home fires where the smoke alarms are disconnected. The same principal applys to the RV!!

It is really a great idea, and a new alarm is about $5 to $10
