Default Help with coach battery

Good evening. Can anyone help me with my coach battery in my 2010 Winnebago era 170X. Both batteries are fully charged. The problem is the coach battery cannot be switched on after the Sprinter key is turned off. I have a new 12 volt tv and dvd/stereo that can only be used when i have electric power, generator or the the sprinter started. I ordered the relay battery disconnector and the solenoid. Did i miss something. Please help.

Are you turning on the red switch to the left of the stove on the front of the cabinets? It might be the switch itself.

I cannot see a red switch, but the 2 relays are here. I am going to replace both of them. The house battery is able to stay on now and operate the tv and stereo now in the back. I check both batteries and they are fully chargered. I just have to double check the houae battery is getting a charge.
