Question Alde 3010 / 3020 help?

Alde 3010 in RoadTrek CS Adv: fresh water flows into coolant system. Alde USA said unit is broken: probably old coolant corrosion internally. Now seeking expert / shop to swop out broken 3010 for a new 3020. Live in Bellingham, WA, USA. Any advice on where / who to use? TIA
(Both RT and Alde say use their Service websites which point to very large & different RV dealerships - and seems best choices are at least 350 miles away with several months lead time. And my local small shop won't work on Alde).

If you have tried Al’s RV and Poulsbo without success, there might be a local mobile guy to do it.

No experience with this company : but they cover BC and NW WA.

Willie, thanks! I drove around with a list and after checking several shops that had no idea about Alde I found Camping World at Smokey Point /Marysville (used to be Roy Robinson RV). They had just finished a a 3010 to 3020 upgrade. Long lead time - 2 months - but I am confident they will know what to do....phew. Mark

Well, I'm in California and Washington is much closer than Alde's facility in Elkhart Indiana. My 3010 system was installed poorly by Roadtrek in 2016. The tubing for the underfloor heating comes STRAIGHT UP out of the larger tubing that circulates around the van. Anyone have any experience trying to get a liquid that is flowing horizontally to go vertical just for fun? It doesn't happen.

Ouch! Alde US recommended Bish's RV near Salem OR. A bit closer to CA than WA...
