Avocados

Before we left on our present van trip, I ended up with six ripe*avocados. *Whole avocados do not store well in the van, so I smashed them and sealed servings in Food Saver bags. *These flat packages store beautifully in my chest fridge. *We ate the last one today, perfectly good after nineteen days.
