A possible solution, if you are willing to go the 15" wheels and a tiny bit less capacity at 106LI, could be these tires and wheels. The rims are wide enough and have the correct bolt pattern and are shown for the Eurovan in your year. They don't mention offset but the application to Eurovan would probably mean it is OK and around 50mm. Same with the center hole diameter. They would be 1" bigger diameter than stock it appears from the specs I could find.
Going to the same size front and rear should not be a an issue, I think.
