Default Few more things done

Aux battery mounted, to be used when main lithium unit is not needed, bathroom walls in. Calculated interior of bathroom by sitting on toilet, measuring how far my knees and feet protrude for depth, and for width, included elbow and arm swing needed for the "paper work". Lower raised area will contain Aux battery, heater, sterling battery to battery charger, aux battery controller, battery cutout switch, trickle charger and what ever other electrical stuff I can fit into the area.

Many people think they need a door to the restroom.Consider a drape instead.Lighter and flexible.

Little more headway, built a cabinet around the fridge 7 CF marine unit 12v and 110 with the ventilation ducted over the top. It is removable as a unit so any problems down the road I can remove the whole cabinet and fridge. Front step area almost done and will house allot of electrical stuff and the heater.

Yes. A very nice fridge. Can you tell us where you bought it? I think you mentioned getting it in Florida.

Wow, it's really coming together. Really like the scheme you are going with - dark cabinets, light/white flooring and stainless appliances. Really pops!

That fridge is tremendous. Looks to be this one? http://www.defender.com/product.jsp?...6235&id=922260

Yup, that's the one, that's why I installed a dedicated surge protector to it. Its the most I every paid for a fridge in my house! It uses very little power to operate and very quiet.

Southco M1 or similar. Sportsmobile uses these on almost all of their builds.

It's time for me to start thinking about latches and other hardware. These seem quite solid and look attractive.

Default Started power section

Started on the lithium battery pack, inverter section. Its designed to so I can service anything in place. A plate slides over the battery section and the Magnum 2812 bolts to the plate. Most of the controls and power panel will be mounted to the door/access and hinged for ease of access. (20) 180amp lithium cells, 400amp fuse, inverter/charger controller shunt, Contactor, dual pole battery switch. The buss bars were made with my VCM, "vice, cresent wrench & mallet"
The pack will have 4 ways of charging, solar, alternator, shore or generator.

Default Power center

Almost done, it will be easy to access for service. the entire center will weigh in at about 350lbs including the batteries and the really heavy inverter.
