Fault indicated DC3M

Fault indicator appeared on my spyder screen indicating DC3M not connected. Lithium batteries not charging even with shore power. Message says to reset - how and where? Most of the electrical seems to be located under the rear seat on the drivers side. This on a 2021.5 Pleasureway OnTout 2.2.

I have a 2021.5 PW Ascent and had similar issue. The DCM3 reset procedure is slightly different depending on your model year and batteries. At some point the battery manufacturer PW uses added a reset button on the battery. Older batteries required you disconnect the battery cables. Suggest you call PW for help trouble shooting your specific VIN.
