Roadtrek grey water tank removal.

I have a 2002 Chevy Roadtrek 200 popular. I am contemplating replacing the leaf springs and the gray water tank is in the way and needs to be removed. Unbolting the tank from the supports is not an issue but how the shower and kitchen sink drain connect to the tank has me baffled.

Anyone have any experience removing the grey water tank??

Assuming it is held up by threaded rods holding cross brackets do not even try to twist the holding nuts, The threaded rod is mild steel and will twist off before the nut moves. Cut the nut off. Yours may be different but I had to take it to Midas and have the exhaust system cut off to be welded back on later.

If there is any possible way to do it without removing the gray tank, do it.

The only option I see so far is remove the spring pack leaving the main spring the one connected to the frame and replace the other leafs with new. Which would leave me with the original bushings which I am guessing could use replacing. That or possibly air bags which I do not want to use and also leaves me with the OE bushings.

OK, never mind. I got under there and it will be much simpler than what I thought.
