Rusted out exterior window frames

I am looking for assistance. I recently purchased a 1995 Great West Dodge RAM 3500 conversion van. The rear window and both passenger side door windows are housed in a metal frame that are very rusted. Some parts of this frame are completely missing. I cannot find any source for the frame replacement, either on the internet, or local auto glass suppliers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
