Default Spare tire carrier and extra fuel tanks for travato k

I have seen photos of spare tire carriers that attach to the bike rack holders and fuel tanks that attach to the rear ladder. Does anyone know where any of these can be found or do they have to be custom made? Thanks for any help

Join the Facebook group "Travato owners and wannabees". Then search through their files or ask them. There are several off the shelf hitch-mounted spare tire carriers available. Same with spare gas can carriers.

I have this exact set up for my PM. We installed the Wilco hitchmount tire carrier, and they sell an accessory for the carrier that provides the mounting point for those over landing style tanks. We don’t yet use them for tanks, but we plan to do that for sure when we drive to Alaska at some point. Presently, we use them as a lashing point for our rescue tracks.

I have an Aluminess rear bumper with swing away boxes and a couple Rotopax fuel carriers mounted on the backside of the boxes. They also make similar spare tire mounts. Their stuff isn't cheap but it is very high quality.

Jeff Moore at Chassis Fab does outstanding work in making a tire carrier that fits the bike rack on a Travato. Remove the bike rack and install the tire carrier. Jeff is at chassisfab@aol.com or 616-713-1741 I just installed his tire rack and it is perfect. Below is a picture from someone else who took a picture before mounting a tire.

What type of rescue tracks do you recommend? Also do you have a preference for or use leveling blocks?
