Default 2006 roadtrek 210 factory radio replacement

Is there a drop in model radio, gps, backup camera to replace the original factory radio available for a 2006 roadtrek 210?

Just curious, why do you want the built in GPS? I find my phone GPS works great and is always up to date. I have a mount for the phone and it is at a much better viewing angle than the built in unit.

I had a Kenwood unit with wired backup camera installed to replace the factory radio.

Yes there is. If you are mechanically inclined you can do it. I found that crutchfield is very good and helpful. Do a search on the interweb for radio replacement. You will see that you have to take a lot of the dashboard off. Whatever you do, if/when you install the radio, put a backup camera in at the same time. It will save you in the long run.
Also, a lot of people use best buy for purchase/installation. Good luck.

It can be a challenge running camera, antennas, and other support cables to a combo in dash unit in that vintage Road trek. Look up my post called Mad Scientist mods to the system on my 2006 Adventurous RS (Sprinter). For backup camera I added an aftermarket system that is ingegrated into the rearview mirror, and like it a lot. For the radio, I added two additional speakers in the cup console, with switching and a relay that kept all the sound up front when engine running, and switched to two front and two rear when parked. I switched the power source to be off the ignition controlled power when running (so radio turns off when ignition is turned off), but I added a manual switch to run radio off battery when engine was off. This alleviated need for a radio/CD player for the coach.

Just an opinion but skip the GPS in the dash mount radio. A Garmin sitting on the dash with lifetime maps is a better solution.
